If there are different PC for all staff members

• You can give them separate login for each Staff Member.
• To create a new staff member, click here.
• So there is no need to give any specific passcode to each staff because everyone has different login and also has a different PC.

If all staff manage on the one PC

• You can create a separate login for each Staff Member.
• To create a new staff member, click here.
• You can activate the passcode system so that each staff member has different passcode so they can't use a staff login of each other for billing.

Passcode system for staff login

• Now set one of the staff members as a Manager (You can create a new one as well)
• You can track staff activity for each invoice.
• Each staff person will get a passcode SMS. if not received, they can find it on eVitalRx app too!
  
  

To show the passcode - Login to the app (eVitalRx) and Tap on the show passcode

• Now log in using Manager’s ID on your billing PC
• It’ll ask for a passcode on every action

If all the staff work shift wise

• You can give them separate login for each Staff Member.
  
• To create a new staff member, click here.
  
• So that they can manage their own login to use the software for their shift time.

1. How can I track if any staff use some other staff account?
   • We have given a passcode system for that so no one can use another staff login as each person has different passcode.
