  • You can enter Cheques, Withdrawals, and Deposits.
  • If you have multiple bank accounts you can manage them from eVitalRx.

  1. What if I don't find the bank name here??
    • You can raise your query from our Help widget.
    • Or you can contact our support experts to add that bank name in eVitalRx.
    • They will add it in a few minutes.

  2. Can I add the distributor's payment here? / If I add the distributor's payment from here, will it reflect in the distributor bill?
    • No, You have to add the payment from the distributor detail page, it'll not reflect in the distributor page if you have added the payment here.
    • Click here to add a payment to the distributor.
    • But if you have added the payment of the distributor as Cheque/NEFT from the distributor detail page, you can check that transaction on the bank passbook here.

  3. Can I remove the bank account from here?
    • No, You can't.

  4. Will our original bank passbook appear here?
    • No, only entries you have added manually to the system appear.
