How do I set up Sales Invoice Print?

• For the sales invoice settings, Click here.
  
  
• There you can get an option to set Invoice Paper Size and you can set the paper size according to your requirement. A5, DL, and Thermal options will be available there and then click on update to save that setting.
  • A5 - Half paper of the A4 size
  • DL - ⅓ of A4 size 
  • Thermal - For thermal printer (78 MM roll)

• Then open the print preview option from the sales bill (Click on Print) and there are options to set up the Printer, Page Layout, and Paper size.
• There you have to select the printer in Destination and select Layout. 
• Then click on More settings.

• Follow the details written below.

1. For A5 size (Half paper of the A4 size)

   • Layout - Landscape
   • Paper Size - A5 
   • Margin and Scale - Default

2. For DL size (⅓ of A4 size)

   • Layout - Landscape
   • Paper Size - Envelope 
   • Margin and Scale - Default

3. For Thermal Print (78 MM roll)

   • Layout - Portrait 
   • Paper Size - 78 MM roll
   • Margin and Scale - Default

     
     

     
     Then you can print your bill according to your setup

• For A4 paper size, you have to select A5 Invoice paper size in the Sales Invoice setting
  • Layout - Portrait

• Yes, you can but every time you need to change the setting of print. So we suggest if there is 2 system please make a separate setting in both systems.
