  • You have to enter the correct details of your pharmacy, i.e. Name, Address, etc. because it'll be printed on the sales bill the same way you have entered it in your Profile.
  • Your payment receipt/invoice will be generated with the name of your pharmacy as you've written in your profile
  • In order to make a Sales Invoice, a photo or PDF file of the Drug Licences or Doctor Registration certificate must have to be uploaded to your eVitalRx profile
  • Drug Licence number, GST number, and PAN number must have to be updated because they will be printed on the sales bill.
  • You have to update your personal/private email id and mobile number because a separate Verification Code will be sent to this email id and mobile number while deleting the stock, changing the password, and changing the mobile number or email id.

  1. How can I add the Drug Licence and GST numbers on the sales bill print?
    • You need to update your Drug Licence or GST number in your eVitalRx profile, then the system will automatically add these numbers to the sales bill print.

  2. I don't have a Drug Licence right now, can I still use eVitalRx?
    •  A Drug Licence is mandatory by law to run a pharmacy, hence it's mandated to update your Drug Licence in order to make Sales Invoice in eVitalRx. However, if you already have an expired Drug Licence and you have applied for renewal, you can use eVitalRx by producing the application receipt of the renewal. Please contact our Support for this. If you're going to open a new store and your Drug Licence is pending, you can still use eVitalRx for other features, such as Purchase entry, Shortbook, etc. until you upload the Drug Licence.

  3. I am a Doctor and I don't have a Drug Licence. Can I use eVitalRx for my Clinic attached pharmacy?
    • Yes, you can use eVitalRx by uploading your Doctor's Registration Certificate instead of a Drug Licence.

  4. What do I have to do to secure my account from my staff?
    • Please update the mobile number and email id to which your staff doesn't have access and verify the number and email id with a verification code to make it authorized. You'll be asked to enter a verification code again when you want to change your sensitive account settings again, such as your password.
  5. I want to place the Logo of my store instead of eVitalRx's Logo. How can I do this?
    • You can upload the Logo from eVitalRx Mobile App from the profile set-up for this.
