If you can not find your Distributor, you can easily request one.  All you need is the Distributor's GST Number or PAN!

Why do we need to add a new distributor?

• By entering the name of the distributor, you can find a lot of information related to it on our software.
• Hence you can know when and from which distributor you bought a product.
• Whenever you get a product expiry or non-moving product report, you will also need the name of the distributor from where you bought the product to return the product. 
• You can easily find a distributor's History (Ledger).
• You can see the purchase and purchase return bills of a particular distributor.
• You can also see the due report of your distributor.

How to add a new distributor?

• You can add a new distributor with GSTIN through both the mobile app and desktop. 
• We can also add a new distributor with a PAN (Contact Support*)
  
• If your distributor doesn't have GSTIN or PAN, you can create a purchase bill with “Cash Purchase” as a distributor.

1. Can we update the distributor using PAN?
   • Yes, We can also add a new distributor using PAN

2. Can we enter the purchase immediately after adding a new distributor?
   • Yes, you can.
     
     
3. Why I can't add a distributor without GSTIN or PAN? 
   • We need to verify the distributor and for that, if you enter the GSTIN then the details of the distributor will show in our software from the GST portal. Like, Distributor's name and mobile number.
   • If your distributor doesn't have GSTIN. We can also add a distributor with PAN, you have to contact support for that and give us the PAN of that distributor. You have to share a bill photo of that distributor to verify it.
     
   • If your distributor doesn't have a GSTIN or PAN, you can add that bill using Cash Purchase as a distributor.
