Why do we have to create vouchers?

• If you have collected in advance or you have to pay an amount to the chemist for any reason, which you want to add to the software then you can create a voucher for that transaction so that the system shows you the advance amount or the payable amount.
• There is no need to modify the bill after payment but if you modify the paid wholesale bill, the system will create a voucher against that bill and you can adjust it in the same bill.

1. Can we edit the voucher after creating it?
   • Yes, You can.
   • You can only edit manually created vouchers.
   • Vouchers against wholesale bills are not editable.
     
     
2. Can I delete the vouchers?
   • Yes, You can delete manually created vouchers.
   • You can't delete the voucher created against wholesale bills.
