Why do we need to set Refill Reminder?
- For chronic patients, it’s important to get medication refilled.
- It helps patients to take medication regularly if they are running out of medication
- So customers can reorder that product online or visit your store to pick up the medication.
How to set Refill Reminder?
- After creating an invoice, you can set up a Refill reminder for patients with Chronic issues (Diabetes, BP, etc.) and the system would send a reminder to the patient through Push notification (if eVital/Whitelabel App is installed on the patient's phone) or you'll also get the refill reminder in your system and at that time you can send them a reminder on WhatsApp.

FAQs
- Can I remove the Reminders from the list of Refill Reminders?
- Once you click on the checkbox next to Whatsapp Icon, the status will be changed to "Informed to the patient" so you do not send the same reminder twice.
- Can we see the refill reminder a few days before the actual date of the reminder?
- Yes, you can.
- For that go to Sales Settings or Click here.
- Can we set reminders without Mobile Numbers (Non-Valued customers)?
- No, without entering the customer's mobile number, you can not set the refill reminders.
