Why do we need to set Refill Reminder?

  • For chronic patients, it’s important to get medication refilled.
  • It helps patients to take medication regularly if they are running out of medication
  • So customers can reorder that product online or visit your store to pick up the medication.

How to set Refill Reminder?


  1. Can I remove the Reminders from the list of Refill Reminders?
    • Once you click on the checkbox next to Whatsapp Icon, the status will be changed to "Informed to the patient" so you do not send the same reminder twice.
  2. Can we see the refill reminder a few days before the actual date of the reminder?
    • Yes, you can.
    • For that go to Sales Settings or Click here.
  3. Can we set reminders without Mobile Numbers (Non-Valued customers)?
    • No, without entering the customer's mobile number, you can not set the refill reminders.
