Why should you reconcile stock regularly?

Inventory reconciliation helps you monitor shrinkage and spot warning signs of bigger problems, such as customer or employee theft.
When the inventory numbers don't match the physical inventory, perhaps you need to revise your inventory. It can also reveal systematic problems, such as missing shipments or even fraud by suppliers.
Reconciliation of inventory is a tedious and time-consuming task so you can reconcile your entire stock in just 2 or 3 months using this feature!

First, you have to create a staff login from your software
- To create a new staff login, Click here.

So if you have 3 staff members (20 items/day per staff). You can easily reconcile stock every two months!

Can staff check system stock while reconciling?
- No, The staff can't log in without reconciling so they can't look at the System quantity.
Will the Reconciliation option be visible to all staff?
- No, You can select the staff member whom you want to give permission.
