Why?

  • If you enter a CSV file, your entry will be faster and more accurate.
  • While you make purchase entries manually, it takes a lot of time and we need to enter accurate data to manage inventory. So if you have a CSV file (softcopy of the bill) you can enter a purchase in just 15 seconds!
  • If you use a CSV file to enter a purchase, you don’t need to add new products manually if any new products which are not in our database. The system will create a new product automatically.


How? 

  • Every distributor’s CSV format is different so we need one sample from you to map it
  • You can request a new CSV file mapping from both the Mobile app and Desktop.

  1. Can I enter a purchase entry manually if I don't receive the CSV files from a distributor?

    - Yes, you can but it’ll take more time to enter manually.

    - By using the CSV file you can enter purchase bills in just 15 seconds!

  2. Do I have to give you a CSV file every time I make a purchase entry?

    - No, you have to give us the first time only if it’s not mapped.

    - You can also upload it manually once it’s mapped.
