Why?
- If you enter a CSV file, your entry will be faster and more accurate.
- While you make purchase entries manually, it takes a lot of time and we need to enter accurate data to manage inventory. So if you have a CSV file (softcopy of the bill) you can enter a purchase in just 15 seconds!
- If you use a CSV file to enter a purchase, you don’t need to add new products manually if any new products which are not in our database. The system will create a new product automatically.
How?
- Every distributor’s CSV format is different so we need one sample from you to map it
- You can request a new CSV file mapping from both the Mobile app and Desktop.

- Can I enter a purchase entry manually if I don't receive the CSV files from a distributor?
- Yes, you can but it’ll take more time to enter manually.
- By using the CSV file you can enter purchase bills in just 15 seconds!
- Do I have to give you a CSV file every time I make a purchase entry?
- No, you have to give us the first time only if it’s not mapped.
- You can also upload it manually once it’s mapped.
You can send us mapping request of CSV of new suppliers by tapping on Request CSV after entering the name of the supplier. To learn more, watch the video.
