1. For how much time CSV file will show in the fetching result? 
   • Only the last 5 days' CSV file can be fetched.
      
2. It is possible Gmail integration is not working? 
   • Most probably it's not possible, but if there is any issue while fetching please contact to support team.
     
     
3. What to do if there is no result of the CSV file?
   • Firstly please check the distributor's email ID, because it's possible that the distributor is using more than 1 email id to share the CSV files.
