Manage Shortbook / Order Status

Why do we need to manage Shortbook?

  • If you order the Medicine through a Phone/Pharmarack/Sales person, you will have to manage the Order status.
  • When you enter the Purchase invoice, we will automatically remove the Medicine from Digital Shortbook. This makes it easy to keep track of pending and already-ordered medicines.

How can I manage my Shortbook?


  1. Do we have to add products manually to the Shortbook?
    • No, you don't have to add products manually if you have set Minimum & Maximum Qty the system will automatically add the products when it will go below the Minimum Qty.
    • You can add the products to the Shortbook manually.
    • Click here, If you want to add the products to the Shortbook manually.

  2. Do we have to remove products manually from the Shortbook?
    • No, we have given the settings in Profile to set when the product will remove automatically so the product will remove automatically.

  3. How can you add a customer number to inform the customer about the availability of medicine?
