• Yes, you can change it from the inventory.

2. Is MRP & Sales rate different? 

• Yes, it is. The MRP is the Maximum selling price of the product. & sales rate is the price at which the product needs to be sold with an additional discount from the chemist.

3. Is it possible to give a discount or set a sale rate for any product batch-wise? 

• No, there is no option to add batch-wise sale rates or discounts.
