Select options for an item in the sales invoice

  • By searching for the product, you can see multiple suggestions in the dropdown.
  • You can see the latest expiry batch from the purchase after selecting the product.
  • You can easily find the product in sales in multiple ways.


  • First, you can search items by Name, MRP, and content.
  • You can search for products by scanning the QR that has the company-printed barcode or if you have a printed QR code from our system.
  • Then select the batch and add it to the bill.

  1. Can we select multiple batches for selling at once?
    • No, you can select one batch first for making a bill, after adding that batch you can again search for the product and add a different batch.
  2. Can we select products to make sales invoice from the application?
    • Yes, You can.
  3. Can we delete the product after adding it if we added it mistakenly?
    • Yes there is an option to delete that product.
