Methods to refer customers for customer application

Why do we have to refer customers for customer applications?

  • If the customer becomes permanently linked with you, the customer can check your medicine availability, and discounted price and also find alternatives easily.
  • Customers can check your promotions and offers through the mobile application.
  • If the customer places an order for medicine through the mobile application, then the order will be assigned to you only, the order will not go to any other pharmacy.
  • If the customer wants to order from any other chemist with his registered number, it will not be possible as the customer is permanently linked to you with that number.

  1. Can the customer also check our stock from the app if the customer is linked with us?
    • No, customers can only check the medicine availability, they can't see your stock anyway.
  2. Do we have to do any settings to show medicine availability in the app to customers?
    • No, We have linked the customer application with our portal so you don't need to do any settings so that it keeps syncing in real-time.
  3. Can the customers see any other chemist's information in the app once linked?
    • No, once linked, the customer can't see any other chemist's information from the application.
