    • Yes, customers can get a notification after the order is confirmed or prepared.

  2. Can the customer also check the stock from the app if the customer is linked with a particular pharmacy?
    • No, customers can only check the medicine availability, they can't see the stock anyway.

  3. Does the chemist have to do any settings to show medicine availability in the app to customers?
    • No, We have linked the customer application with our portal so the chemist doesn't need to do any settings so that it keeps syncing in real-time.

  4. Can the customers see any other chemist's information in the app once linked?
    • No, once linked, the customer can't see any other chemist's information from the application.
