Why?

  • Our Medicine database is centralized so that all pharmacists can use it. If you add a new item to our system, we can add it to the centralized database so if any other pharmacist has the same product so they don't have to create it again and that applies to you too also!
  • You can easily identify the product from the Product Photo or if your staff is not aware of the medicines so they also can easily identify the products.
  • We update the salt composition in the system according to the product photo so that you can easily find alternatives in our system.
  • Customers can also check it from the mobile app and your pharmacy store page so they can easily identify products using product photos.


How to Add a New Item?


There are 3 ways to Add a New Item

  • While you're uploading the CSV file and a product is not in our database which is in the CSV file so the system will add it automatically as per your purchase entry.
  • If there is maximum products are not in our database for the same manufacturer company so you can share us a product catalog so we can add that products in the database. You don't have to add that products manually.
  • You can Add a New Item from the Mobile Application. (eVitalRx application)



FAQs


  1. Can we add a New Item from the desktop?
    • No, You can't.
    • As you have to upload the Product photo so you can't upload it from the desktop so we didn't give the option to add a New Item from the desktop.

  2. Why do we have to upload the Product Photo while adding a New Product?
    • You can easily identify the product from the Product Photo or if your staff is not aware of the medicines so they also can easily identify the products.
    • We need to update the salt composition in the system according to the product photo so that you can easily find alternatives in our system.
    • Our medicine database is centralized and customers can also check it from the mobile app and your pharmacy store page so they can easily identify products using product photos.

  3. Do we have to wait after adding a new item to the system?
    • No, You don't.
    • You can create an invoice immediately after adding a new item.
  4. How long does it take to add a new product to the centralized database?
    • Within 24 working hours the product is added to the centralized database.

  5. Will all the details of the product we added be visible to other pharmacists like PTR, discount and etc?
    • No, not all the details.
    • They can only see the basic details of the product like Product Name, Product Photo, Unit, MRP, and Manufacturer company.
