  • Purchase Draft is suitable for entering Purchase Invoice for OTC/Cosmetic/Healthcare products (products with company generated Barcode). We have more than 50k barcode products in our database with photos. So a chemist can easily identify the product with different sizes & prices. For the purchase draft, the only requirement is eVitalRx Mobile App. That a user can download it from the play store and need to log in with the same register number & password.

Why purchase draft is important for FMCG products?

  • OTC Purchase Invoices do not come with CSVs and are notorious for their bad naming and thus very time-consuming and error-prone for data entry.  This is why we created the most extensive OTC product database based on Barcodes.
  • As we all know in FMCG product distributor does not give CSV. So without the CSV file easily can upload the purchase from the mobile application.

FAQ

  1. What to do if any item user is scanning and not showing in any result?
    • Might be possible that the item is not available in the database so you can add the GTN and can add it directly to the database.

  2. Can we add the same expiry to all the products?
    • Yes, can add the same expiry date to all products of that purchase.
  3. What is the use of scanning & product photos?
    • There are lots of products with the same name but different sizes but there are different barcodes available for the same so users just can scan that and find it easily. With the photos, a user can easily get to know which product they want to see.
  4. How to scan products?
    • We highly recommend either using eVitalRx Mobile app (Preferred) or Scanner gun to enter OTC products purchase.
    • You can scan barcoded products through any 1D scanner gun. (If you want to scan the barcode and QR both from the scanner gun so you should have to take a 2D gun)

  5. Do we have to manually enter the barcode into the system to scan those products?
