Being a cloud base software, we have a unique master code for every item and for each different packing size. So when you search for any medicine, it shows related results even though the item is not in your stock.
That means every pharmacy uses same name/code for every medicine/healthcare product.
We try to keep our master database up to date but you can request a new medicine if your desired result is not found.
