Why?

• This setting is crucial depending on your preference if you would like to manage your stock in Stips or in Loose in the entire system

How?

We have three options for this

1. Manage the entire system in Loose

   • It's a default setting in eVitalRx to manage the stock in Loose, so you don't have to do anything if you want to manage your stock in Loose. However, your purchase entries and Shortbook can be managed in Strip only.

2. Manage the entire system in Strips

   • If you want to use the entire eVitalRx system in Strip only, it can be done from our backend only. For this, first, you have to raise a ticket using the Help widget or by calling our Support agent, and you have to mention that you want to do this setting
   • Once this setting is done, it can’t be reversed back to Loose, so be mindful before you create a ticket for this.

3. Manage the system both in Strips or Loose selectively

FAQs

1. I made my system to use in Strips, can I go back to the Loose setting now?
   • No, It can’t be reversed back to Loose once the setting has been done.
     
     
2. Can we sell the product in Loose after setting up the entire system in the Strip?
   • No, you can sell the products in the Strips only with this setting.
     
     
3. Is it possible if we keep the entire system loose and convert some products into strips?
   • Yes, you can do it. You can set that item-wise.
